Our commitment to get it right every time, everywhere, makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide.\n \nOverview\n \nThe Document Control Specialist aka Data Services Representative will identify, aggregate, process and distribute compliance-related reports to fulfill consumer report requests in accordance with FCRA regulations.\n \nThis position requires Federal Security Clearance after hire.\n \nResponsibilities\n\n Will identify, aggregate, process and distribute compliance-related reports to fulfill consumer report requests in accordance with FCRA regulations.\n Records relative activities within Sales Force, ensures all personal sensitive information is masked, compiles reports with appropriate federal regulatory disclosures and prepares report pack for mailing.\n Responsible for communicating with the consumer via telephone or email to verify identity and report specifics as necessary.\n May be responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews and/or processing of returned mail.\n Accesses multiple current and legacy platforms (NextGen, OpTool, BAI, Tracker, DAC Edition) to assimilate reports and documents responsive to the specific type of consumer request.\n Verifies and authenticates consumer personal (PSI) sensitive information with existing database \n Communicates with consumer via email and/or phone to evaluate specific report requests to ensure accurate fulfillment.\n Manually reviews every report/document to be provided to consumer to identify and mask 27 different types of consumer PSI\n Determine the appropriate federal and/or state regulatory disclosures required to meet compliance regulations\n Assimilate all required reports/documents into a single response packet for mailing or emailing.
