PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Sales Support Specialist Intern program
Compile, clean, and maintain data related to customer visits, training sessions, and engagement activity
Develop recurring and ad‑hoc reports to track intern activity, customer reach, and program effectiveness
Support CRM data entry accuracy by reviewing submissions, identifying gaps, and following up as needed
Create dashboards or summary reports for National Account and Regional Sales Managers
Analyze trends and insights related to customer training participation, feedback, and opportunity indicators
Assist with scheduling coordination, resource tracking, and documentation related to intern field activity
Maintain organized records and documentation supporting sales initiatives and program outcomes
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support reporting needs
Represent KENT Worldwide professionally in all internal communications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
Current college student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and sales operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools a plus
Comfort working with CRM systems or databases (or strong aptitude to learn)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a remote environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
