Responsibilities include validating customer details, coordinating code updates, evaluating alarm panel data, and ensuring timely processing of a minimum of 8 code changes per shift. You'll also handle inbound support calls, update customer information, and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service or data entry experience, strong multitasking, attention to detail, and preferably familiarity with alarm systems.
