We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Verification Representative to join our team. The Data Verification Representative will be responsible for verifying and maintaining accurate client and caregiver information in our database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and update client and caregiver information in our database
- Review and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and caregiver information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Identify and report any data issues or inconsistencies
- Develop and maintain data verification procedures and protocols
- Provide support and training to team members on data verification processes
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices for data management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or data verification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
