Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Visualization and Reporting Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, SQL development, and visualization best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Build and optimize semantic data models, DAX measures, Tableau LOD expressions, and Snowflake SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting best practices.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and support self-service analytics initiatives.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to validate data models and business metrics.
Must-have Skills:
  • 5+ years of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong expertise with Tableau Desktop, Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries in Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, ELT/ETL concepts, and data warehouse architecture.
  • Experience translating business requirements into dashboards and analytical solutions.
  • Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with dbt and Snowflake data transformations.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Snowpark, and RBAC.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Semiconductor, manufacturing, or supply chain analytics experience.
  • Tableau, Microsoft Power BI (PL-300), or Snowflake (SnowPro) certifications.
