That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.Our culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.We're looking for people who:Are curious and excited about technologyLike solving problems and figuring things outCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a teamWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselvesIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.Responsibilities:Designs and builds data visualizations, dashboards, and full-stack analytical applications in Palantir Foundry that put migrated U.S. Army enterprise data in the hands of decision-makers and operatorsDevelops application logic, functions, and user interfaces using TypeScriptBuilds and maintains the data pipelines, transforms, and ontology objects and links that back visualizations and applicationsManages code through Git-based workflows, including branching, merging, and code reviewPartners with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists to define solution requirements, iterate on solutions, and ship codeIterates quickly from use case to prototype to scaled deployment, incorporating user feedback to improve usability and impactRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field4+ years of software development experience, including full-stack application or data visualization developmentAdvanced Palantir Foundry experience building data pipelines, managing datasets, working with ontologies, and deploying applicationsTypeScript development experience (intermediate or higher)Working proficiency with Git version controlData visualization experience designing clear, decision-focused dashboards and visual analyticsDemonstrated ability to build production-grade code that leverages both structured and unstructured datasetsWillingness to travel as needed for client implementation workCreate, modify, and test the code, forms, and script that allow computer applications to run. Work from specifications drawn up by software developers or other individualsPossesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasksOperates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problemsContributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicableAn active Secret security clearance is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Palantir Foundry certification (Application Developer track preferred)Experience with Foundry application and analytics tools such as Workshop, Slate, Quiver, or Contour, and with Foundry Functions or the Ontology SDK (OSDK)Experience with Python and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React)Familiarity with machine learning conceptsCompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 baseline certificationIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
