This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work three days per week in our Auburn Hills, MI office, collaborating with a dynamic team to enhance vehicle quality and customer experience through innovative data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor warranty claims, defect rates, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with warranty analysts and quality engineers to design visualizations that highlight key trends and insights.
• Transform raw data into actionable visuals for team reviews and management reports.
• Ensure data accuracy through basic cleaning and validation tasks.
• Present visualized insights to non-technical stakeholders in a simple and impactful way.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and document dashboard designs for consistency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data visualization, including internships or personal projects.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of data manipulation tools such as Excel, SQL queries, or Python.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 5%).

Preferences

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Exposure to automotive industry data or basic statistics knowledge.
• Knowledge of German and/or Spanish languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
