Data modeling — Design dimensional models and star schemas to support analytics and reporting needs. Data flow design — Produce clear, detailed mapping documents that translate business rules into technical specifications. SQL Server data mart development — Build and optimize tables, views, stored procedures, and indexes. Visual Studio database projects — Create and maintain database projects for versioned, repeatable deployments. GIT source control — Manage code changes, branching, and collaboration workflows. SSIS ETL development — Build, schedule, and monitor ETL packages to load data marts reliably and efficiently. Data validation testing — Ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business rules. Dashboard/report creation (nicetohave) — Build basic dashboards or visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
