In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead large enterprise business intelligence projects from inception through design & delivery to successful implementation. Your broad responsibilities include, working with diverse customer groups transforming the requirements into architecture and design documents, developing project timelines & estimates, providing development best practices guidance, programming core functionality, and managing customer expectations by balancing resources, scope, and timelines without affecting quality. The ideal candidate will possess customer facing skills that will allow them to represent Bennett Adelson well within the customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of Enterprise BI, Self-service BI, and IoT solutions
• Architect solutions utilizing Database Server technologies, PowerBI, Azure, QlikView, and Tableau
• Member of the Business Development and Technical Sales team helping scope projects
• Own engagement, ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, ensure quality
• Code & programming, ad hoc troubleshooting, and general system problem solving
• Speak at local, regional, and national Microsoft conferences

Requirements:

• Experience working with the Microsoft Azure data products including Stream Analytics and Azure Machine learning
• Experience with non-Microsoft BI and data warehousing products (such as products on the Oracle and IBM platforms as well as QlikView, Tableau, and others)
• Experience architecting on-premises, cloud, and hybrid data solutions
• 5 years minimum experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence and Database Server technologies
• Experience working with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions independently as well as in conjunction with customer teams
• Proven history of delivering high quality results with high levels of customer satisfaction
• Web and client-server application development experience a plus
