QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience & Skills (Ranked in Order of Importance):

  • SQL: 3+ years of experience.
  • Power BI: 3+ years of experience creating robust reports and dashboards.
  • Government Data: 3+ years of experience working with large data sets within a Government Environment.
  • Microsoft Excel: 3+ years of advanced experience.
  • Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR): 3+ years of experience working with EHR platforms.
  • Medical Terminology: 3+ years of working knowledge and experience. 


Preferred Skills & Systems Experience (Highly Desired):

  • Health Information Exchange (HIE) & HL7 messaging protocols
  • SQL SQUIRREL, MIRTH, and PACS
  • CIPS, NEXTGEN EHR, and EPIC systems 


Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience. 
    Additional Compliance: (Security Clearance: Background security screening is required for this position.)
RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Report & Dashboard Development: Design, build, maintain, modify, and execute standard, ad-hoc, and recurring reports/dashboards using SQL, MySQL, and Power BI.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Extract, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Utilize performance analytics, trend analysis, predictive forecasts, and text analytics to build comprehensive dashboards.
  • Consultation & Leadership: Provide technical guidance, direction, and counsel to service receivers regarding the calculation of key metrics and system usage.
  • Training & Peer Collaboration: Provide training and consultation to peers on designing, building, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Documentation: Improve, maintain, and create detailed, accurate documentation regarding technical reporting processes and procedures.
  • Priority Management: Comfortably navigate ambiguous situations to define precise technical requirements, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive actionable outcomes.
