Key Responsibilities
Maintain process maps and pricing data from vendors.
Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database servers and applications.
Analyze and identify errors presented in databases and applications, in turn determine the root cause and possible solutions.
Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner.
Provide proactive and reactive data management support.
Coordinate and communicate with vendor IT departments.
Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor''s Degree ideal.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications.
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision, set goals, create, and implement action plans and monitor progress towards goals.
