HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Database Analyst / Administrator to support NAWCWD China Lake, CA.
Duties
Help manage the Test Information Management System at NAWCWD.
Provide desktop application, development, documentation, and maintenance support.
Develop, modify, and manage relational databases.
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications to meet current and future business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Highly proficient in desktop computer applications:
Microsoft Access or SQL Server
Visual Basic for Applications
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong computer and database administration and development skills.
Detail oriented with knowledge of UI design.
Possess analytical and technical skills appropriate for direct support of military flight testing.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Familiarity with military flight test environment a plus.
Must be a U.S. citizenship
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance
Education
Associate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Experience may substitute for degree – please inquire for further information.
