Seeking for a Database Analyst to create, manage, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. You will support the Roadside Toll Systems Team by generating reports, creating alerts, managing database migrations, and supporting vendor build deployments, hardware replacements, and SQL distributor maintenance. Collaborate with the monitoring operation center and other team members to oversee third-party patching, conduct deep-dive data analysis, and develop Power BI reports. You'll also work with various teams to support databases across multiple platforms and computing environments.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas.
Design, develop, amend, and optimize databases to meet system requirements.
Gather, analyze, and normalize information related to business processes to evaluate data credibility and relevance.
Experience:
5 years of IT work experience in DBA, SQL procedural code and design, and relevant computing environments.
Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language (PL SQL) and Microsoft SQL (Transact-SQL).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Complexity:
Intermediate professional level role supporting team functions with medium to high complexity.
Participate in multiple projects as a team member and occasionally serve as a project leader.
May coach junior technical staff.
