Responsibilities:

The Database and Mission Support Analyst provides operational, database, and administrative support to a government customer in a fast-paced, classified environment. The individual maintains mission databases, coordinates administrative activities, manages equipment accountability records, and provides responsive customer support while ensuring compliance with established government policies and procedures.

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Maintain and update mission databases used to track government equipment, assets, and operational information.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity through routine validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate requests for equipment, system access, and other mission support requirements in accordance with established policies.
  • Assist customers with equipment selection, issuance, accountability, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and property accountability records.
  • Coordinate briefings, meetings, conference room reservations, and database access requests.
  • Manage executive calendars and provide administrative support to government leadership.
  • Receive, track, disseminate, and monitor taskings to ensure timely completion.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in support of mission operations.
  • Assist with property inventories, audits, and account reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools and databases to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare correspondence, briefing materials, and status reports.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance mission effectiveness.
  • Perform other mission support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Required

 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with a  PhD; 4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience maintaining operational or logistics databases.
  • Experience generating reports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Experience supporting government administrative or mission operations.
  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a classified environment.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated cultural competency and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.  Candidates should also have proven experience and/or relevant education specifically related to working within the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USPACOM) area of responsibility.  Familiarity with the unique geopolitical, social, and cultural dynamics of the USPACOM region is essential for successfully performing in this role.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers.
  • Experience with equipment accountability or property management systems.
  • Experience with inventory control and asset tracking.
  • Experience supporting executive offices or senior government leadership.
  • Experience coordinating facilities, meetings, or conference logistics.

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
