Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Designs, develops, builds, analyzes, evaluates, and installs database management systems including database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation, and configuration management.

• Uses data mapping, data mining, and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop databases.

• Determines data storage and optimum storage requirements for database systems.

• Prepares system requirements, source analysis, and process analyses and design throughout the database implementation.

• Applies experience with PCB and CCA design and is familiar with electronics design lifecycle.

• Uses Siemens Xpedition and Siemens EDM for electronic design and data management.

• Works with electronic product lifecycle management (PLM) technology and integrates across a multi-disciplinary team.

• Analyzes existing ECAD PLM processes and identifies opportunities for optimization within Siemens Xpedition and EDM.

• Uses scripting languages including VBScript and Python to perform software automation tasks.

• Applies knowledge of scripting and automating tasks using Xpedition API.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with PCB and CCA design and electronics design lifecycle.

• Experience using Siemens Xpedition and Siemens EDM for electronic design management.

• Experience working with electronic product lifecycle management (PLM) technology.

• Ability to analyze existing ECAD PLM processes and identify optimization opportunities within Siemens Xpedition and EDM.

• Knowledge of scripting languages including VBScript and Python for software automation tasks.

• Preferred: Knowledge of scripting and automating tasks using Xpedition API.

• Preferred: Experience creating library parts in Siemens tool suite.

• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in PCB Design, Fabrication, or Assembly for rigid and rigid-flex CCAs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with other EDA tools such as Zuken, Altium, or Cadence.
