Overview:

This senior-level individual contributor will lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions focused on healthcare revenue cycle analytics. The role requires deep expertise in data warehouse architecture, including dimensional modeling and star schema design, to support scalable, high-performance reporting and analytics. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing data pipelines, data models, and curated datasets within cloud-based platforms, with a strong preference for experience in Azure Databricks and modern lakehouse architectures. This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex healthcare workflows and revenue cycle processes into structured, reusable data assets that enable standardized reporting and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering, with demonstrated expertise in Epic and Clarity data models and healthcare revenue cycle domains (e.g., AR, billing, collections). Strong experience in Power BI development is required, particularly in semantic model design, data governance, and enterprise reporting standards. This role will also drive best practices in data quality, governance, and performance optimization, ensuring consistency and reliability across reporting solutions. The individual will play a key role in establishing scalable data frameworks, mentoring team members, and influencing enterprise data strategy to support long-term analytics maturity.
