Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Information Systems, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, data entry, or support roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
