This position is for an experienced SQL Developer / Database developer for the Field Management Technology Area and specifically for the Field Personnel Hub Team. The team is responsible for maintaining Financial Advisor, Support Staff, Supervision, all Field relationships and registrations. This information is supplied across Wealth management real time and used in every facet of the business. The team’s goal is to continue to renovate and create one golden source, rebuild the system to reduce risk, and thus influence firm strategy. The Field Personnel Hub candidate would play a senior developer role on the team with the following responsibilities:

• Understanding business needs and converting them into technical specifications

• Architecting new tables to meet business needs

• Coordinating with offshore teams to ensure all deadlines are met

Primary Skills / Must have

• Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming concepts and design

• Strong data analysis and data quality assessment ski

• SQL skills and a thorough understanding of database constructs

• Critical thinker and problem solver.

• 10+ years of experience in development – including writing Stored procedures

Secondary Skills / Desired skills

• Exposure to the financial services industry

• Experience with Informatica development
