About the RoleWe are seeking a highly capable, mid-level analytics professional to support data-driven decision-making across our marketing, retail, and digital platform teams. This role sits between junior and senior levels: you're expected to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver insights with minimal oversight—while still collaborating closely with leadership on priorities and direction.You'll play a key role in shaping how we understand customer behavior across our e-commerce platform and newly launched app, bringing clarity to increasingly complex user journeys and attribution challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders across Marketing, Retail, and Website Platform teams to define, scope, and deliver actionable analyticsAnalyze performance across marketing channels, with a strong focus on multi-touch attribution and ROI measurementDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting in visualization tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau)Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets (Snowflake, DBT)Evaluate and improve ecommerce and app conversion funnels, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization including the support of A/B testingTranslate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear insightsProactively identify trends, issues, and opportunities within customer and behavioral dataCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure data consistency and alignment across reporting surfacesRequired QualificationsStrong proficiency in SQL and ExcelHands-on experience with at least one visualization tool (Omni, Looker, or Tableau)Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Heap)Demonstrated ability to independently manage analytics projects from scoping through deliveryExperience working directly with business stakeholders and translating needs into analytical outputsSolid understanding of marketing analytics, including channel performance and attribution conceptsFamiliarity with website analytics and conversion funnel analysisPreferred QualificationsExperience in Ecommerce Analytics and/or Subscription Retention AnalyticsSpecific experience with Media Mix Modeling a plusProficient in modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, Heap)Python or R for data analysisVersion control experience (e.g., GitHub)Exposure to app analytics and cross-platform user behavior trackingUnderstanding of tag management platforms (e.g., Segment, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Experience Platform Tags)What We're Looking ForA self-starter who can operate effectively with limited direction but knows when to seek alignmentStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous questionsClear and effective communicator who can present insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesDeep curiosity about customer behavior and business performanceAbility to balance speed with accuracy in a fast-moving environmentWhy This Role MattersAs our data ecosystem grows—especially with the addition of our new app—you'll be instrumental in helping the business understand and act on increasingly complex customer journeys.
