Execute, refine, and develop the processes and tools needed to easily and regularly query all individual databases and develop lists by specified customer criteria that identify and combine database activities. Manage, maintain, update, cleanse all property databases to include slots, tables, credit, hotel, Private Arrangement and all purchased and prospect lists. Verify data validity prior to departmental review. Provide weekly, monthly summary reports as needed. Oversee & manage Database Marketing department.
