We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to maintain and enhance our contact and account database.
Responsibilities include:
- Auditing, cleaning, and enriching data by identifying duplicates, outdated info, and gaps
- Acquiring and validating new data from reputable sources
- Standardizing and updating records through manual or tool-based processes
- Tracking database health and reporting cleanup efforts
- Applying qualification rules, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing improvements
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and other teams to meet data needs and share best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-3+ years relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and passion for data quality
- Proficiency with Excel, familiarity with database tools (SQL, Alteryx, Power BI)
- Ability to interpret qualification rules and communicate effectively across teams
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to process adherence
