Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Big Data & Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and manage large-scale data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, MarkLogic, and MDM tools, and a strong understanding of big data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable big data pipelines and architectures
Work with structured and unstructured data using MarkLogic and MDM solutions
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Talend
Build and manage data processing pipelines on Databricks (Apache Spark)
Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions using Snowflake
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions
Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in data pipelines and analytics systems
Support data integration across various sources and platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Big Data technologies and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with:
Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake)
Snowflake (Data Warehousing, SQL)
Talend (ETL Development)
MarkLogic (NoSQL Database)
MDM (Master Data Management tools/processes)
Proficiency in SQL and Python/Scala
Understanding of data modeling, data lakes, and data warehousing concepts
Experience with data integration and API-based data exchange
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Preferred Skills
Experience with data governance and data quality tools
Knowledge of real-time data processing frameworks
Exposure to BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of DevOps/DataOps practices
