Day and Afternoon Shift Production Workers

Let's talk about the available shift:

• 1st Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday, OT available
• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Friday, OT available 

The Pay for the Production Workers:

• 1st Shift: $20/hr
• 2nd Shift: $21/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Production Workers :

• Assemble mattresses as outlined in established work instructions using a variety of pneumatic tools
• Including but not limited to the assembly of units on the machine; application of various, specified upholstered layers to open coil units; foam-encased pocketed coil units; application of specified upholstery layers; foam encasing and final mattress assembly

Must stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day or longer if overtime is required. Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 50 pounds, multiple times per hour during an 8-hour shift or longer in overtime situations to meet customer
