Position: Day Camp Counselor Location/Dept.: The Salvation Army Kroc Center (SAKC), Philadelphia, PA Availability: Accepting resumes now Schedule: Seasonal - 8:00AM - 4:45PM (June 15- August 7, 2026) 40 hours, M-F Reporting Relationship: After School and Day Camp Manager/Day Camp Coordinator Salary and Grade: $15.00 Per hour
Responsibilities ----------------
The Day Camp Counselor will implement the daily program activities set forth by the Lead Counselor. They will assist in the supervision of the campers assigned them daily. The Day Camp Counselor will be a positive role model and always maintain a high degree of protective care for each child. The Day Camp Counselor will participate in all programmatic aspects associated with the Day Camp program as assigned. The Day Camp Counselor will perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Counselor, Camp Coordinator or ASPDC Manager.
