WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Counselor positions:
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Seasonal: June - July) with one Saturday open house
Location: Chatham University
Reporting to: Camp Director and Leadership Team
Instructor positions:
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Seasonal: June - July) with one Saturday open house
Location: Chatham University
Reporting to: Camp Director and Leadership Team
Leadership Team:
Pay: $18.00-19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Seasonal: June - July) with one Saturday open house

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
We are looking for staff experienced in art, music, theater, and physical fitness to lead engaging, hands-on workshops. Whether you're an educator or a professional artist, you'll design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for our three divisions.
The core of the CMADC experience! Counselors offer direct supervision and mentorship to a specific group of campers, guiding them through their daily routines.
