Join Our Team as a Day Porter – Restroom Specialist We’re looking for a reliable, detaildriven Day Porter who takes pride in delivering a consistently clean, welcoming, and professional environment. In this highvisibility role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining pristine restrooms throughout a facility, ensuring every guest and employee experiences a fresh, wellkept space at all times.

If you’re someone who values consistency, works with care, communicates pleasantly, and understands the importance of maintaining high standards, this Monday–Friday position from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM offers a stable schedule and a supportive team environment. Your commitment to quality and your eye for detail will make you an essential part of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain restrooms to Class A standards throughout the day

• Perform continuous cleaning cycles: trash removal, restocking supplies, wiping surfaces, spotmopping, and disinfecting hightouch areas

• Monitor restroom conditions and respond quickly to spills, shortages, or service requests

• Maintain supply inventory and communicate restock needs

• Ensure all work is completed with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Provide friendly, professional interactions with building occupants and guests

• Support overall facility cleanliness as needed (light commonarea touchups, entryways, breakrooms, etc.)

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, porter, or housekeeping experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day

• Pleasant, professional communication style

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a fastpaced, hightraffic environment

  Ability to pass a drug and background screening
