Day Porter / Custodial / Janitor / Facilities Support Associate (Part‑Time, Contract)

Location: Englewood, CO 80112
Duration: 12+ month contract (extension possible based on performance)
Shift: Early Morning | 6:00 AM start | 4 hours per day

Role Overview

We’re seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Day Porter / Facilities Support Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. This role plays a critical part in setting the tone for the workplace each day by ensuring the facility is fully prepared before the broader team arrives. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and workspaces, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Ensure entryways, lobbies, and high‑traffic areas are clean, presentable, and free of debris
• Clean reachable interior and exterior windows as needed
• Perform light snow removal at building entrances to maintain safe access
• Support general facilities upkeep, including basic handyman tasks such as minor painting or light carpentry
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly, taking initiative to resolve when appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to consistently begin work at 6:00 AM
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and facility presentation
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or facilities support roles
• Experience with commercial painting, light carpentry, or basic HVAC is highly desirable
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and safety practices

Working Environment

• Part‑time, early morning schedule
• Indoor and limited outdoor work (seasonal snow removal)
• Collaborative but largely self‑directed role
