Day Porter - Full Time

Job Summary SCA is seeking an energetic and reliable Day Porter to perform day-to-day commercial property services. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.
• Complete assigned jobs in the time allotted.
• Perform labor duties including:
• Perform litter pick-up along highways.
• Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties.
• Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks.
• Changing trash bags.
• Walking around the property to check for issues.

Job Requirements

• Valid Drivers License.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
• Experience working outdoors.
• Ability to follow directions and read maps.
• Must maintain a valid drivers license and good driving record.
• Must pass and maintain drug-free status, employment, and random drug tests.
• Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Moderate lifting (no greater than 40 lbs.), moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
• Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs, and bending as required.
