Position: Janitor - Day Porter
Location: 1125 W. Jackson St., Phoenix, AZ 85007
Type: Part-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (This is a set schedule that cannot be accommodated in any way. 1 hour off clock lunch, required.) About Us:
At OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.), we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, and visitors of DES. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of DES facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust fixtures, clean glass.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Qualifications: - Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk, squat and lift for duration of shift.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass E-Verify
