Job Summary:
Compassionate and reliable caregiver providing in-home support to seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living. Focused on maintaining client dignity, safety, and comfort while delivering attentive personal care and companionship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide medication reminders and follow care plans
- Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when required
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to family or supervisors
Qualifications
- Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle client needs with patience and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Previous caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification (preferred but not required)
