Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: Sun - Tues 5:00AM - 5:30PM (12 hours), Wed 5AM - 11AM (6 hours)

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be essential in supporting daily operations by safely handling materials, ensuring timely shipping and receiving, and maintaining efficient workflows. What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Loading and unloading trucks to meet inbound and outbound schedules.
- Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately using RF scanners or inventory management systems.
- Storing materials in designated areas according to inventory procedures.
- Inspecting equipment regularly, performing basic maintenance checks, and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining accurate production records and completing required documentation.
- Following all safety guidelines, reporting hazards, quality concerns, or production issues promptly.
- Working as part of a team to achieve production and shipping goals.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
- RF scanner experience is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Location & Schedule:
This is a temporary-to-permanent, on-site position in Millersburg, OR, with a schedule of Sunday through Tuesday, 5:00AM to 5:30PM, and Wednesday morning from 5AM to 11AM.
