What You'll Do
As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for:
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products throughout the facility safely.
• Loading and unloading trucks while adhering to scheduled inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately using RF scanners or inventory systems.
• Stacking and storing materials in designated areas following inventory control procedures.
• Inspecting equipment before use, performing basic maintenance checks, and reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate production records and completing necessary documentation.
• Following all safety protocols, reporting hazards, and addressing quality concerns.
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipment goals.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Experience with RF scanners or inventory management systems preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills for record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
