As a Forklift Operator, youll help keep products moving efficiently and safely in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Youll collaborate closely with the team to ensure orders are accurate and operations run smoothly each day.
What You'll Do
As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for
Operating forklifts and material-handling equipment to load/unload trucks and transport materials.
Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders with RF scanners or inventory systems.
Inspecting equipment, performing basic maintenance, and reporting hazards or issues promptly.
Maintaining accurate inventory and production records to help meet shipping and production goals.
Supporting team efforts to ensure warehouse safety and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
At least one year of forklift operating experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and math skills; RF scanner experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in repetitive processes, and dependability in a fast-moving environment.
Availability to work assigned shifts and overtime if needed, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
Reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish skills are a plus.

This position is on-site in Millersburg, OR, with four shift options to fit your lifestyle:
Shift A Days SundayTuesday, 6:00 AM6:30 PM; Wednesday 6:00 AM12:00 PM
Shift B Nights SundayTuesday, 6:00 PM6:30 AM; Wednesday 6:00 PMmidnight
Shift C Days starting Wednesday at 6:00 AM, including 12-hour shifts on FridaySaturday
Shift D Nights starting Wednesday at 6:00 PM, including 12-hour shifts on FridaySaturday
