We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator experienced in operating both sit-down and stand-up lifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong safety mindset, and must be comfortable working at heights when operating equipment or handling elevated inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials
Load and unload trucks, stage orders, and transport products within the warehouse
Use RF scanners to track product movement and maintain accurate inventory
Operate at elevated levels as required—must be comfortable with heights
Maintain clean and orderly storage areas
Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
Read and interpret shipping documents, BOLs, and pick sheets
Requirements:
At least 2 years of recent experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms or racking systems
Familiar with RF scanning and basic warehouse software
Ability to read/write in English for documentation and communication
Reliable attendance and good communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
