This job post is currently for DAY SHIFT position ONLY! Any applications with only evening/night shift availability will be denied at this time (even if qualified otherwise).

Highly motivated front counter team member needed for day and/or evening shifts.

General Responsibilities:

• To provide a "remarkable" experience with every guest you come in contact with.

Requirements:

• Part Time - Available to work a minimum of 15 hrs/week and Saturdays. Starting wage $13/hr
• Full Time - Available to work 40 hrs/week minimum including Saturdays. Starting wage $14/hr
• Able to quickly and thoroughly complete challenging tasks, while staying focused, for several hours at a time
• Enjoys and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Sharing a smile, maintaining eye contact, and speaking with an enthusiastic tone comes naturally
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Enjoys physical activity and able to work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Submit to Hot Springs Chick-fil-A and Chick-fil-A leadership, policies, culture and dress code

Front of House Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Welcoming guests
• Order taking
• Meal assembly
• Meal delivery
• Interacting with guests
• Clean (front/behind counter, dining room, rest room, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
