Lead Hematology Medical Technologist – Central Georgia

We are seeking an experienced Lead Hematology Medical Technologist for a full-time, permanent day shift opportunity in Central Georgia. This is a great leadership role within a well-established laboratory setting, offering strong stability and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the hematology laboratory
• Ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to lab staff
• Assist with workflow management and problem-solving
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related Science field
• ASCP certification required
• Experience in a hematology laboratory required
• Strong leadership and communication skills preferred
