Shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm

In this vital role, you'll support packaging, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction and company success. Your precision and reliability will help us maintain seamless workflows, from inspecting and labeling products to cycle counting inventory—making a tangible impact every day.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to accurately inspect, clean, label, and package products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Basic understanding of inventory management practices
• Capable of standing for approximately 75% of the workday
• Regular lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with assembly drawings and engineering specifications
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of labeling, stamping, and branding processes
• Familiarity with inventory cycle counting procedures

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience welcomed but not required

Other Requirements

• Ability to work reliably during daytime hours
• Willingness to assist in various work areas as needed
• Capable of climbing occasional ladders or steps when necessary
