Job Summary:

The Day Shift Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet productivity goals, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, packing slips, or RF scanners
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before packing
• Pack products securely to ensure safe shipment
• Label, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipping
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness throughout the shift
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments to support operational needs

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the entire shift
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or barcode scanning systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
