Job Summary
We are seeking reliable team members for a Day Shift Production role. This position is responsible for ensuring daily production needs are met while maintaining quality food safety and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and following strict safety and GMP guidelines.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure daily production goals and timelines are met • Perform required quality checks to maintain food safety and product integrity • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently after training • Monitor product consistency and report any issues to leadership • Follow all safety protocols and GMP standards • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area • Support team members and assist with additional production tasks as needed
Job Requirements
• Ability to stand and work for the entire shift • Ability to lift as required throughout the shift • Comfortable working in a production or food manufacturing environment • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
