Day Shift Production Associate Location: Hamlet, IN Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Swing Shift 2-2-3 (12-hour shifts, Central Time) Pay: $14/hr

Ability to stack and organize buckets onto pallets accurately according to order quantities
Inspection skills to identify defects and ensure product quality
Proficiency in wrapping and labeling products for shipment
Strong attention to detail and efficiency
Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
Commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines, including food-grade standards
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
