Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday

As a Production Worker, you’ll contribute to packaging and quality control efforts within a warm warehouse environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring products meet quality standards and are efficiently moved through the production process. Work closely with your team to help keep things running smoothly and safely every day.



What You’ll Do


As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Confirming that the products being produced match the production schedule
• Continuously monitoring product quality
• Safely and efficiently retrieving products from a production line
• Manually transferring products to the appropriate post-processing operation as necessary
• Setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting post-processing equipment
• Reporting out-of-specification products or malfunctioning equipment to appropriate personnel
• Packing finished product into the appropriate configuration as scheduled
• Stacking pallets up to 104 inches (8.8 feet) high using a step platform
• Accurately accounting for products produced

What You’ll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior production experience preferred
• Good attendance in previous positions
• Works well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warm warehouse environment
• Able to lift, stack, and move products consistently during the shift

Location & Schedule:


This position is on-site in Corvallis, OR, and offers consistent weekday hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
