Chick-fil-A Glenmary - Day Shift Team Member (Front of House)

Each team member is responsible for serving our guests with the best possible care, as well as completing any assigned duties.
We are seeking part-time team members to join our day shift team! Available shifts include working early mornings, as well as working during our lunch rush and into the afternoon.
To be considered for this position you must be able to work one of the following shifts throughout the school year:
- 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Preparing store to open
- Smile
- Speak with a friendly tone
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work outside taking orders or delivering meals to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to work one or all of the three listed available shifts year-round
- Able to multi-task
- Arrive to work on time
- Preparing the store to open
- Able to work at a fast pace

- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule (times of shifts may vary slightly)
- Have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
