Day Shift Warehouse

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is vital to the success of our operations, ensuring accuracy in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse sanitation. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping functions for Lucks products.

• Receive and properly store incoming raw ingredients.

• Prep and stage ingredients for production needs.

• Safely operate a forklift for product movement.

• Drive the delivery truck to and from offsite storage.

• Maintain delivery truck and forklift in safe working condition.

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.

• Uphold warehouse sanitation and organization standards.

• Use and maintain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Report any food safety concerns to Warehouse Management.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, stooping, reaching).

• Comfortable using stairs to access second-level shipping areas.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective verbal communication and ability to follow instructions.

• Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and problem-solving.
