Job Summary
Sweeping Corp of America seeking a mechanically inclined Shop Helper. This is a career entry level job that will support mechanical technicians by retrieving parts for repair and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
Process and track parts that have been placed on order.
Prioritize multiple parts pick-up and deliveries.
Ability to respond to emergency pick-up and delivery.
Pays attention to details and observe safety precautions.
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
Basic computer skills for placing orders.
Able to identify correct parts based on part number and shelf location.
Assist with inventory control.
Help technicians as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
Prior deliverydriving experience
Mechanical aptitude and industry experience preferred
Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs. moderate reaching pushing pulling gripping and grasping.
No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking climbing stairs and bending as required.
Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
May be exposed to solvents chemicals and refuse.
May be exposed to other risks associated with working around machines tools and trucks-CDL related
