Day Support Counselor

Payrate: $16.75 (up to $18.75 with the Enhanced Pay option.)

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Related experience is helpful.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Provides personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship, and support, often across a 24-hour period, according to the individual's Person-Centered Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP). Provides a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every consumer served.
