As a Back of House Team Member, you'll work directly with an independent Owner/Operator, gaining valuable life experience beyond just serving food in a friendly atmosphere.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
