Day-Time Dispatcher & Driver Manager

We are a Phoenix-based trucking company providing professional services for our customers for over 20 years. We are looking for a full time day-time dispatcher and driver manager that has knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations, understands hours of service, and has logistics experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts
• Address any hours of service or routing issues for drivers
• Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed
• Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
• Find loads for backhauls
• Updating spreadsheets, reports, pass downs
• Finding service centers in case of mechanical breakdowns
• Monitoring the yard and opening the gate for drivers
• Other miscellaneous office duties.

Compensation will depend on your experience in the industry. Knowledge with Electronic logging devices and dispatching software preferred.
