We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team on a full-time, day-shift schedule.

Position Overview

As a Therapist, you will provide high-quality, child-centered therapeutic services to children and their families. You will work closely with caregivers and members of the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment goals, provide evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and help children build the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy services to children based on their assessed needs and treatment plans.

• Complete appropriate evaluations, assessments, and clinical documentation.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals and interventions.

• Monitor and document each child's progress toward established goals.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

• Educate families and caregivers on strategies that can support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.

• Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records.

• Follow all applicable professional, ethical, privacy, and safety standards.

• Establish positive, trusting relationships with children and families.

• Create an engaging, supportive, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs, progress, and concerns.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or appropriate graduate-level degree in the relevant therapy discipline.

• Current Ohio licensure or eligibility for applicable Ohio licensure.

• Experience working with children preferred.

• Experience in a pediatric, behavioral health, developmental, outpatient, or related setting is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to establish rapport with children and families.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care.

Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift

This position is intended for a full-time therapist working during daytime hours. Specific hours and scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
