About the Role:
Join Learning World Child Academy as a Daycare Director, where you will lead a passionate team in creating a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the future of children in Philadelphia while fostering a culture of growth and development.



Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the daycare, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.Minimal hours 35
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote child development and learning.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality team.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing regulations with DHS and health and safety standards.Must have experience with Philly PreK, Keystone Star level 4, Childware .Must be at least a level B.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to foster strong relationships and open communication.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability of the daycare.
  • Plan and organize community events and activities to promote family involvement.
  • Evaluate and improve childcare services based on feedback and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred MUST BE B LEVEL IN PA KEYS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
  • Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support daycare operations.
