Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers with classroom routines and activities
- Help children with meals, transitions, play, rest time, and daily care
- Maintain active supervision and safety awareness
- Encourage positive behavior with calm, respectful guidance
- Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and ready for learning
- Communicate respectfully with children, families, and coworkers
- Step in where needed to support the school day

Requirements
- Must meet Virginia childcare employment requirements
- Must pass required background checks
- Prior childcare experience is a plus, but reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn are very important
- CPR/First Aid preferred, or willingness to obtain
